| Our opinion is: Quality is the base of the surviving and developing to a company. Hairun company enjoyed high confidence and supporting by assuring to provide high quality products. We developed from a small factory of processing materials to a enterprise who can process and manufacture for ODM, and also we have several Hong Kong, Japanese and Taiwan corporation customers. |

| we attach much importance to product quality throughout the company. The quality department is directly under the charge of general manager, relatively independent and doesn't restrict by other departments. The company paid much attention on the training of quality management, such as ISO training and management training, the consolidation training of quality consciousness and operation skills to employees. The company will apply ISO certification in the near future. |
| The company has corresponding system to deal with customer complaints and returning products: Receiving complaints or returning products→issue disposal sheet of customer complaints→analyzing by quality department together with project department and technology department→drawing disposing and preventing measures and feed it back to customers, keeping contact with customer, satisfying customer. |

| Hairun company takes ISO9000 as our management standard. We have formed a strict quality management system. We implement the the quality management system by a series of effective management mechanism. Such as: training, operation, investigation, feed back, check back, rewards and punishments and improvement. We check our product as the national standard GB2828~97 and 以及《PCB circuit board assembling standard》 and customer's checking requirements, so as to make sure that quality management can be implemented on specific base. |
